About the role

On our design course students learn to work in Figma, create mobile and web interfaces and present their work to a client. The course is practice-driven: every topic ends with a real assignment.

We need an instructor who treats design as a way to solve a problem, not as a pretty picture. By the end of the course students should have a portfolio worth showing on Behance or Dribbble.

Groups are small — 8 to 10 people — so there is time to review each piece of work individually.

Requirements

  • Confident in Figma with a systematic approach to components
  • A portfolio of mobile and web interfaces
  • Able to build prototypes and map user journeys
  • Strong grounding in typography, colour and composition
  • Able to explain design decisions with reasoning

Responsibilities

  • Run practical lessons two or three times a week
  • Review students’ work and give feedback
  • Help students assemble their portfolios
  • Keep course materials up to date

    We are looking for someone to run Mega School’s Instagram, Telegram and TikTok. We have plenty of material — lessons, student results, teachers, events — and it needs to be shown well. You will not just publish posts; you will show what works in numbers: reach, saves, enquiries from the page. A share of the students who join the centre will be the result of your work. Filming and editing equipment is provided by the centre.

    English Speaking Club host

    The Speaking Club meets twice a week and everyone speaks English only. We do not teach grammar here — the goal is to stop being afraid to speak. Your job is to pick the topic, steer the conversation and draw every participant in. Discussions, debates, role plays, film reviews — the format is up to you. Evening work, so it suits students and people with a main job.
