About the role

Dozens of enquiries arrive every day through our website, Instagram and Telegram. The sales manager is the first person who speaks to them. Your job is to explain the right course and invite the person to a free trial lesson.

There is no hard selling here. Listen to what the person is looking for, recommend the right course and follow up when you agreed to — that is where the results come from.

Every enquiry is tracked in the CRM, so no one gets forgotten.

Requirements

  • Fluent communication in Uzbek and Russian
  • Comfortable spending the day on the phone
  • Basic computer skills (we will teach you the CRM)
  • Attentive: never miss an agreed follow-up
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming enquiries within 15 minutes
  • Explain the right course and book the trial lesson
  • Follow up with people who did not show up
  • Log every conversation in the CRM
  • Meet the monthly sales target

What we offer

  • Base salary 5,000,000 UZS plus commission on every enrolled student
  • Hours 09:00–18:00, day off on Sunday

You will not just publish posts; you will show what works in numbers: reach, saves, enquiries from the page. A share of the students who join the centre will be the result of your work. Filming and editing equipment is provided by the centre.

    The Speaking Club meets twice a week and everyone speaks English only. We do not teach grammar here — the goal is to stop being afraid to speak. Your job is to pick the topic, steer the conversation and draw every participant in. Discussions, debates, role plays, film reviews — the format is up to you. Evening work, so it suits students and people with a main job.

    English teacher for children (Kids English)

    We need an English teacher for groups of children aged 6–11. Lessons run through songs, movement games, drawing and short sketches — children learn the language by using it, not by memorising it. We follow the Cambridge Young Learners programme: Starters, Movers and Flyers. At the end of the year students prepare for the international exam. The job takes energy and patience, but results come fast: children start speaking within a few months.
