    Sales manager (call centre)

Dozens of enquiries arrive every day through our website, Instagram and Telegram. The sales manager is the first person who speaks to them. Your job is to explain the right course and invite the person to a free trial lesson. There is no hard selling here. Listen to what the person is looking for, recommend the right course and follow up when you agreed to — that is where the results come from. Every enquiry is tracked in the CRM, so no one gets forgotten.

    SMM specialist

We are looking for someone to run Mega School’s Instagram, Telegram and TikTok. We have plenty of material — lessons, student results, teachers, events — and it needs to be shown well. You will not just publish posts; you will show what works in numbers: reach, saves, enquiries from the page. A share of the students who join the centre will be the result of your work. Filming and editing equipment is provided by the centre.

    English Speaking Club host

The Speaking Club meets twice a week and everyone speaks English only. We do not teach grammar here — the goal is to stop being afraid to speak. Your job is to pick the topic, steer the conversation and draw every participant in. Discussions, debates, role plays, film reviews — the format is up to you. Evening work, so it suits students and people with a main job.

    • Part-time
    • 4 000 000 – 8 000 000 soʻm

    Requirements

    • English at C1 or IELTS 7.0 and above

English teacher for children (Kids English)

We need an English teacher for groups of children aged 6–11. Lessons run through songs, movement games, drawing and short sketches — children learn the language by using it, not by memorising it. We follow the Cambridge Young Learners programme: Starters, Movers and Flyers. At the end of the year students prepare for the international exam. The job takes energy and patience, but results come fast: children start speaking within a few months.

    • Full-time
    • 6 000 000 – 11 000 000 soʻm

    Requirements

    • English at B2 (CEFR) or above
    • Experience with children or a teaching background
    • Able to build lessons around games and movement

Coding instructor for children (Scratch, Python)

We are looking for an instructor for coding groups for children aged 8–14. Lessons start with a simple game in Scratch and gradually move to first programs in Python. With this age group the main thing is keeping their interest alive, so lessons run as games, contests and small projects. Each child’s progress is shown to their parents every month. If you are patient with children and can turn coding into play, this is for you.

    • Part-time
    • 5 000 000 – 9 000 000 soʻm

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of Scratch and Python basics
    • Experience working with children or a teaching background
    • Patience, warmth and the ability to hold a group’s attention

    UI/UX design instructor

On our design course students learn to work in Figma, create mobile and web interfaces and present their work to a client. The course is practice-driven: every topic ends with a real assignment. We need an instructor who treats design as a way to solve a problem, not as a pretty picture. By the end of the course students should have a portfolio worth showing on Behance or Dribbble. Groups are small — 8 to 10 people — so there is time to review each piece of work individually.

    • Part-time
    • 6 000 000 – 11 000 000 soʻm

    Requirements

    • Confident in Figma with a systematic approach to components
    • A portfolio of mobile and web interfaces
    • Able to build prototypes and map user journeys

    Backend development instructor

Backend is one of the most demanding tracks at Mega School: students learn to write the server side from scratch, design a database and ship a working API. The course runs on Python/Django or Node.js — you work with whichever is closer to you. Lessons teach thinking, not just syntax: how to store data, why a structure was chosen, how to track down a bug. So we need someone with real project experience who can show it through examples. By the end of the course every student has a working, documented API.

    • Full-time
    • 9 000 000 – 15 000 000 soʻm

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years with Python/Django or Node.js
    • Able to design a database in PostgreSQL or MySQL
    • Experience building and documenting REST APIs

    Frontend development instructor

We are looking for an instructor for our frontend groups. The course starts with HTML and CSS basics and ends with JavaScript, React and a real project. Students range from complete beginners to self-taught learners — you need to work well with both. Students learn to turn a design into working code, adapt pages to any screen, fetch data from APIs and publish their work online. Your job is to guide them through that path step by step and clearly. By the end of the course every student should have their own portfolio site.

    • Full-time
    • 7 000 000 – 13 000 000 soʻm

    Requirements

    • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
    • At least 1 year of experience with React
    • Able to build responsive layouts

    Flutter (mobile development) instructor

Mega School is looking for an instructor to run our mobile development groups. Students go from the Dart language to building real mobile apps with Flutter: building interfaces, storing data, working with APIs and publishing to Google Play. Our lessons are not theory only. Every topic is reinforced with practice, and by the end of the course each student has a finished project for their portfolio. We expect you to explain that path clearly and guide students to that final project. Groups are 10–12 students; teaching materials and equipment are provided by the centre.

    • Full-time
    • 8 000 000 – 14 000 000 soʻm

    Requirements

    • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
    • At least one app published on Google Play or the App Store
    • Confident with state management (Provider, Bloc or Riverpod)
