About the role

Mega School is looking for an instructor to run our mobile development groups. Students go from the Dart language to building real mobile apps with Flutter: building interfaces, storing data, working with APIs and publishing to Google Play.

Our lessons are not theory only. Every topic is reinforced with practice, and by the end of the course each student has a finished project for their portfolio. We expect you to explain that path clearly and guide students to that final project.

Groups are 10–12 students; teaching materials and equipment are provided by the centre.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
  • At least one app published on Google Play or the App Store
  • Confident with state management (Provider, Bloc or Riverpod)
  • Experience with REST APIs and Firebase
  • Comfortable with Git and teamwork
  • Able to explain complex topics in simple words

Responsibilities

  • Run group lessons three times a week
  • Set practical assignments, review them and give feedback
  • Guide every student to their final project
  • Keep attendance and student results up to date in the CRM
  • Keep the syllabus current as technologies change

You will not just publish posts; you will show what works in numbers: reach, saves, enquiries from the page. A share of the students who join the centre will be the result of your work. Filming and editing equipment is provided by the centre.

    English Speaking Club host

    The Speaking Club meets twice a week and everyone speaks English only. We do not teach grammar here — the goal is to stop being afraid to speak. Your job is to pick the topic, steer the conversation and draw every participant in. Discussions, debates, role plays, film reviews — the format is up to you. Evening work, so it suits students and people with a main job.
